    Vagabond was founded by poet and activist Mark Lipman on World Poetry Day, March 21 of Vagabond is an independent grassroots press that publishes books by authors from diverse communities writing about the social issues of today.   Verbal Vagabond is the latest selection of rhyme, rants and reasoning from Ged the Poet, (a.k.a.
